Intro to Magick

This two session course provides a functional overview of magick, aiding students further exploration of the topic and development of their own practice. Will utilises his wealth of personal occult experience from over 35 years of practice as a foundation on which to discuss the esoteric, employing his professional teaching skills to ensure an engaging interactive environment .

Will Wright BA (hons), MA, PGCE is an occult artist and heathen shaman, who creates art to express his archaic visionary experiences using contemporary mediums such as; toy art, doll photography and folk graff. Will is the founder and co-editor of the acclaimed occult art zine Wyrd, with issue one proudly on display at The Museum of Witchcraft and Magic, Boscastle, UK. Aside to his esoteric practice Will is also a professional DJ, film-maker, post graduate academic and lecturer.

Due to the mature nature of the topics discussed this course is for those 18 years or over.

Handouts/Worksheets will be provided, although students are encouraged to bring their own writing materials, journals or notebooks and learning aids.

Please note that an additional hour has been scheduled to each session to accommodate any overrun due to student activities, such as discussion, Q&A and practical exercises, meaning sessions could run until 6.30pm.
